St Brecan (6C) founded a church here; it is situated in St Columb’s park. OS: 07 432 166 marked
St Columba also made a foundation here. There is a ‘Stone’ with the marks of his feet. OS: 07 439 193 marked
There is also a double bullaun stone at Long Tower Catholic church which came from St Columba’s well in the heart of the old city; it has now been incorporated into a calvary scene.
